The Vorlich Suite at Munro Guest House

Un desastre, la peor experiencia hostelera de mi vida, nos fuimos tras la primera noche. Negative: Reservamos una Suite Familiar Deluxe con 5 camas, sin otra información adicional (copio y pego al final de mensaje la información al respecto de la reserva), y al llegar nos encontramos con que 2 de las camas eran literas y que la habitación se encontraba en un bajo, en cuyas escaleras de entrada había un contenedor de basura, información que no figuraba en la reserva. De las dos parejas que habíamos reservado (de entre 59 y 62 años), una se fue a otro hotel nada más llegar, y nosotros nos quedamos una noche y a la mañana siguiente pedimos que nos cambiaran de habitación, como respuesta nos indicaron que no había otras en ese edificio pero que podíamos reservar en otro lugar de Stirling pero pagando, por lo que nos fuimos también a otro hotel al mediodía (y encima la ducha se inundó). Información de la reserva.- "Offering free toiletries, this family room includes a private bathroom with a bath, a shower and a hairdryer. In the well-equipped kitchen, guests will find a stovetop, a refrigerator, kitchenware and an oven. The family room offers a private entrance, a coffee machine, a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV, as well as garden views. The unit offers 4 beds".

Positive: Just perfect for the family.

Good location, good and quick communication. Little things to be fixed. Positive: Excellent location, walking distance to shops, train station, restaurants, old town! Large Supermarket near by a plus! Negative: We had three rooms reserved and one of the rooms had very hard bed and they had a hard time to sleep. We collected from the other rooms the bed covers to create a thicker layer on the bed to make it workable. We could not find the clothing drying rack, so we hanged the clothing all over the place; doors, chairs, handles etc. Not a nice view but no other choice.

Comfortable space in a great location! Positive: The property was great! The beds were very comfortable and the space was clean and decorated nicely. It was in a very good location, close to the train station and grocery store. Negative: There was no dishwasher and the drying rack would drain water all over the counter. We also had to go out and buy new wash clothes to wash dishes as only one old sponge was available.

Positive: Very convenient for the town centre and station. Very well appointed, cosy and comfortable. Communication great will remember for future trips up.
